About the Opportunity
You will be a key point of contact for CSPD internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and professional support across the Finance & Infrastructure Directorate. This role suits someone with strong finance transactional experience who enjoys helping customers and resolving queries efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing first-line support to internal and external stakeholders regarding finance related enquiries
Diagnose and resolve common application or process-related issues affecting F&I operations
Investigating, resolving, and escalating complex finance queries with clear documentation
Ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation of financial transactions
Identifying recurring issues and contributing to process improvements to enhance service delivery
Collaborating with internal teams to support efficient and compliant financial operations
About You
Demonstrated experience in finance transactional functions such as AP, AR, and collections
Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional and solutions-focused approach
Enjoy working with customers and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience in a shared services, finance help desk, or similar environment is advantageous
A current Working With Children Check (Paid Employee)
