The Student Engagement team at CSPD is seeking a skilled and passionate Attendance Coordinator to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent roleand is perfect for someone passionate about working therapeutically in a Tier 3 intensive support service for students and families experiencing difficulties with school attendance and supporting the implementation of an integrated multi-tiered system of support in schools. 

Key Responsibilities

The Attendance Coordinator is accountable for supporting the System Strategic Intentof improving learning outcomes for all students by focusing on student wellbeing initiatives and promoting a professional and rewarding working life for teachers.

The role is accountable for coordinating the attendance team to promote a culture of wellbeing that optimises learning outcomes for students and supports vulnerable students and families with very complex issues that significantly impact their ability to maintain regular school attendance. This role is across the Diocese and, therefore, will at times involve significant travel. The attendance team is based at AKC.  Travel is reimbursed as per the Enterprise Agreement!
