Key Responsibilities
The Implementation Lead - Optimisation is accountable for:
Work closely and collaborate effectively with implementation partner(s), Business Analyst and key stakeholders ensuring business needs and requirements are met and accurately captured
Develop and maintain business cases and solution recommendations
Develop and maintain tracking pre and post status of changes, reporting on benefits and tracking benefits
Ensure seamless process and integration of knowledge in post change environment, to ensure sustainability of optimisation
Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives ensuring timely and successful implementation, including change adoption
