Position: Facilities Officer (Grounds)
Start date: Applications accepted all year round. Interviews are initiated based on the needs of the kindergarten, school or college.

Hours per week: Various
Salary: Level 1$39.00 - $40.24 per hour (Casual Rate); $31.20 - $32.19 (Hourly Rate for Part-time or Full-time) (NB. pending qualifications; age based salary rates apply if under 18)

Your Role

As a Facilities Officer (Grounds) you will play a vital role in maintaining the school grounds and gardens to a high standard, ensuring they are safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Your responsibilities may include:

• Grounds keeping: Mow, trim, fertilise lawns and turf areas. Repair and maintain irrigation systems. Weed, plant and fertilise gardens. Maintain grounds equipment. Check and adjust security lighting
