Unlock the skills that powered me to Band 3s on my first attempt

I passed both the literacy and numeracy components at first attempt under the current test format: Band 3 (the top band) overall on literacy, and Band 3 in both Reading and Technical Skills of Writing. I also scored Band 3 across all five reported numeracy sub-domains.

Alongside that, I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and have tutored more than 500 people over 15+ years, across high school, university and adult learners. That combination means I can show you exactly how the test is marked, not just hand you more practice questions.

What we cover

Coaching covers both reported sub-domains: Reading and Technical Skills of Writing. The heaviest weighting goes to chart and graph interpretation and to long passages. That is where most candidates who don't meet the standard are losing marks, and where this program spends the most time.

  • Test structure, question types and how the two reported sub-domains are scored
  • Long passages: strategy for sustained reading under time pressure
  • Charts, graphs, tables and data interpretation
  • Technical skills of writing: grammar, punctuation, spelling
  • Technical skills of writing: organisation of ideas and editing
  • Full practice test walkthrough and exam-day technique

Questions

What's the difference between Core and Comprehensive?

Both cover Reading and Technical Skills of Writing in five live Tuesday sessions, with recordings, homework and LantiteClub Premium for literacy. Comprehensive adds five Thursday sessions on study strategy, exam technique and open questions, plus a mock test with personalised feedback.

What if I don't pass?

If you complete the program and don't meet the standard, you can join the next cohort for free, in the same tier. To qualify you need to have attended or watched every session in your tier, completed the homework before test day, and sat the test in the window your cohort prepared for. Claim within 30 days of getting your results by emailing your ACER results statement to coaching@teacherpassport.com.au. If there is no cohort before the next test window, you get the recordings for that window instead. It covers literacy only, applies once, and is not a refund.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded, so you can catch up in your own time and bring any questions to the next session.

Do I need to already be registered with ACER?

No. You can enrol in coaching regardless of where you are in your ACER registration process, as long as you're aiming for the November test window.

Is this affiliated with ACER?

No. LANTITE Literacy with Jesse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ACER or the Australian Government. Coaching is independent test preparation.

Can I add 1-1 tutoring to a group cohort?

Yes. 1-1 sessions can be booked at any time at $130/hour, whether or not you're enrolled in Core or Comprehensive.

Can I get a refund?

No. Enrolments are non-refundable, including if you can't make the live sessions, because every session is recorded for you. If we cancel a cohort before it starts, you get a full refund. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
