Kyogle High School is a comprehensive high school located in the Northern Rivers on the land of the Bundjalung people with an enrolment of approximately 300-320 students, of which 12-14% identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The school embeds Positive Behaviour for Learning with core values of Safe, Respectful, and Learner, and features innovative timetabling, three support classes with mainstream integration, and a daily Mentoring Program supporting student learning and wellbeing. The school demonstrates strong leadership in literacy, numeracy, sport, agriculture, and Aboriginal education, with an expansive curriculum designed to engage all students including those with diverse needs. Staff work collaboratively as a cohesive team focused on student growth and attainment, supported by an active P&C and strong community partnerships.
