About
Chifley College Bidwill Campus is a comprehensive 7-12 campus located in Mount Druitt on the land of the Darug people, sharing its site with Bidwill Public School to create a Pre-school to Year 12 community. The school serves 710 students representing diverse cultural backgrounds, including 25% Aboriginal students, 36% Pasifika students, and increasing populations from Afghan, Sudanese and Indian communities. Operating as a Choice Theory School, Chifley College applies principles of William Glasser and Marvin Marshall to foster student self-management and engagement within a culture of care, compassion and innovation. The school includes a substantial support unit with up to 104 students across eight specialist disability classes, supported by embedded teaching and learning teams that provide equitable access to educational opportunities for students with disabilities, EAL/D students, and those experiencing disadvantage.
