Role description
About the role
Our Lady Help of Christians Primary School, Eltham, is seeking a suitably qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join our vibrant learning community.
This position will commence at the beginning of Term 2, 2026. The role is a fixed term contract position with the possibility of ongoing employment.
The position will be structured as follows
• 0.6 FTE during Term 2, 2026
• 0.4 FTE during Terms 3 and 4, 2026
The successful applicant will teach within a Year 1/2 classroom and work collaboratively with colleagues to support high quality teaching and learning. Experience in the teaching of reading through a structured, systematic synthetic phonics approach would be highly regarded.
