About the Role

As a Youth Worker, you will:

• Provide high-quality care, supervision, and support to young people in a secure, therapeutic environment.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement case management plans and programs.
• Promote safety, wellbeing, and respectful relationships through trauma-informed and restorative practices.
• Respond to challenging behaviours using approved de-escalation and intervention techniques.
• Be a positive role model and mentor, helping young people reintegrate into the community.

Conditions of Employment:

• Salary: $81,915 to $94,263 pro rata per annum (paid as hourly rate) + 12% Superannuation + 6.5% Correctional Allowance + Shift Work allowances
