Miles State High School, Darling Downs South West
Miles is a charming rural town in the Western Downs region, known for its rich history, vibrant arts scene, and role as a hub for agriculture and energy industries. It serves as a gateway to the outback, with heritage attractions like the Miles Historical Village Museum. Miles State High School is a small, community-focused school located in the heart of Miles, just 2.5 hours from Toowoomba. We are seeking a passionate teacher to deliver Building and Construction Skills and Design and Technologies (Industrial Technology Strands) to Years 7–12. This is an exciting temporary role (commencing ASAP until 11/12/26), offering the opportunity to contribute to a supportive school community while enjoying the benefits of rural living and access to attractive teaching incentives.
