About the Role
The School Improvement Leader (SIL) is the principal’s line manager. The purpose of this role is to support systemic transformation and operational vitality within our schools. It provides the oversight and instructional mentorship to our CEDWW principals that they need to become and remain high-capacity leaders, ultimately guaranteeing that school performance aligns with the highest standards of academic achievement and Catholic identity.
