Role description

This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1,2027

Founded in 2013, Butler College has always been grounded in our pillars of Knowledge, Integrity and Respect. These values shaped our beginnings and continue to guide how we learn, lead, and relate to one another.

Today, our vision is clear: to be the College where everyone belongs, grows and succeeds. This purpose sits at the heart of our daily work, shaping the culture our students experience and the community we are proud to serve.

Belonging underpins everything we do. Through our collaborative student wellbeing team and our endorsed education support program, we take the time to understand each student and provide the care, guidance and adjustments they need to thrive. Our approach is grounded in genuine connection and a belief that every young person deserves to be known and valued.

The Role

Our school relies on technology every day, and we are ideally seeking someone who can keep things running smoothly while being a friendly, patient go-to person for students and staff. As our Network Support Officer, you’ll look after the school’s IT network, devices and software, help people get access to the systems they need, and keep our data safe. Working closely with the Technology and Communications Manager, you would ideally put plans into action, sort out day-to-day technical issues, and liase with the Department of Education ICT Support when something needs to be escalated.
