Join a Growing School with a Bold Vision

Central Coast Steiner School is seeking an experienced and community-minded ICT and Digital Transformation Coordinator to help lead the next stage of the School’s digital evolution.

This newly established position combines technology operations, digital transformation, staff capability development, governance, project coordination and continuous improvement. Working closely with School Leadership and our Managed Service Provider (MSP), you will play a key role in helping the School deliver a secure, reliable and future-ready technology environment that supports teaching, learning and administration.

This is not a traditional ICT support role.

While user support forms an important part of the position, the primary purpose of the role is to strengthen the School’s digital capability, improve systems and processes, support technology adoption, coordinate technology initiatives and help staff confidently embrace modern digital ways of working.

The successful applicant will become an important contributor to the School’s ongoing growth and development as Central Coast Steiner School continues to expand its facilities, programmes and services, including its unique International Baccalaureate pathway.
