The Role

The Cleaner in Charge will play an important role in establishing and maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming and well-presented environment for students, staff and visitors at Alkimos Sands Primary School.

We are seeking a proactive, flexible and organised individual who can lead our cleaning team, take pride in our school environment and contribute positively to our school community.

The role involves coordinating and undertaking a range of internal and external cleaning duties, including maintaining carpets and hard floor surfaces, cleaning toilets, furniture and fittings, dusting, window cleaning, rubbish removal and general upkeep of school facilities and grounds.
