The Teacher Aide supports teachers in preparing learning materials and assisting students with classroom activities, learning development and supervision across a range of school settings.
Duties include providing individual and small-group literacy and numeracy
support, assisting students with additional needs, maintaining learning resources and student records, supporting excursions and practical classes, and contributing to student welfare, health and safety. This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.79FTE),
60 hours per fortnight.

Woogaroo Creek Special School will adjoin Woogaroo Creek State School on Queensland Government owned land.
The new school will increase special schooling capacity and provide enrolment relief in the local school network. The school opening is planned for 2027 for stage 1, with stage 2 planned for Term 1 2028.
