Deputy Principal Staff, Culture and Organisation

An exciting new opportunity has become available at the College, beginning January 27, 2027.

The Deputy Principal - Staff, Culture and Organisation is the Executive Leader at the College with oversight of:

• Strategic leadership of staff
• Professional culture
• Organisational development and operational effectiveness
• Community Engagement and Partnerships, including oversight of events, marketing and publications

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Enactment of strategic leadership and vision for a high performing and supportive organisational culture
• Workforce planning and recruitment
• Staff induction, development and leadership growth
• Culture, wellbeing and professional growth
• Organisational and operational oversight
• Community engagement and partnerships
• Oversight of key leaders regarding daily organisation and operations
• Stewardship and governance regarding risk and compliance, and meeting budgeting requirements.
