Suitably qualified and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply for this permanent full-time position 1FTE, working weekdays from 8.00am to 4.00pm, commencing in Term 1, 2027.

The successful applicant will meet the position selection criteria, some of which include:

1. Relevant experience in property, facilities or maintenance coordination.
2. Strong organisational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively and use maintenance systems.
4. Strong computer literacy.
5. Demonstrate initiative and possess the ability to be proactive when approaching tasks.
6. Able to maintain a positive work environment and poise under pressure during peak work periods.
