Virtual - EAL/D Teacher - External

Position Details:
Catholic Education Western Australia Limited (CEWA) delivers a unique and impactful virtual intensive English language program for students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds attending Catholic schools across Western Australia.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled teacher to deliver engaging intensive English lessons virtually through Microsoft Teams, to students who are new to English across the state. The teacher will be hosted at a CEWA school. This exciting role provides the opportunity to support learners from a variety of schools, while helping them build confidence, English language proficiency and success in their Catholic education journey.

Qualifications Required: 
Essential Requirements:
1.      Bachelor of Education or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
2.      Current teacher registration and eligibility to teach in Western Australia.
3.      Minimum of three years teaching experience.
4.      Demonstrated experience teaching EAL/D learners is highly desirable, as well as specialist EAL/D qualifications.
