The Role

The Deputy Principal plays a pivotal role, working closely with the Principal and the administrative team to shape the school's identity. Educational leadership is a key responsibility, involving the active development and promotion of the school's values, ethos, and priorities. The Deputy Principal champions a collaborative approach, encouraging not only staff but also volunteers and community members to actively share ownership of the school's vision and goals. This collaborative ethos extends to change management, where the Deputy Principal strategically facilitates the acceptance of change and identifies opportunities for improved service delivery.
