The HR Operations team at CSPD is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Operations Officer to join our hard working and friendly team on a Temporary full time basis until end of Feb 2027!
Key Responsibilities
Our HR Operations Officers are essential to delivering high-quality People services, in this role, you will contribute to a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Respond to employee service queries and manage tier one and two support requests via the ticketing system
- Assist with employee services such as onboarding, document requests, employment forms, and data updates
- Support fortnightly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and legislation
- Contribute to projects, process improvements, and administrative support tasks
About you
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a solutions-focused approach
- Sound knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail and proactivity
- Ability to interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and relevant employment legislation
- A current Working With Children Check (Paid Employee)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or a related field (desirable)
