Commerce Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Social Sciences teacher, particularly passionate about the teaching of Commerce?

We are looking for a teacher to join our Social Sciences faculty in a temporary, full-time maternity leave position for the 2027 school year.

The successful applicant for this position will be qualified teacher of Commerce, as well as Geography in the junior years. Additional experience in Stage 6 Business Studies would be an advantage.

Applicants for this position will be outstanding classroom teachers, able to model the highest standards of professional skill and collaborative teaching practice. They will have a contemporary knowledge and understanding of commercial practices, be innovative, collaborative and ready to join a dynamic team. They will be able to inspire their students to learn through a diverse range of pedagogical strategies, including the effective use of technology, and have expertise in differentiating the curriculum and encouraging students to be independent and self-reliant learners.

They will also be committed to the full life of the school and supportive of its Christian ethos.
