The Opportunity

The successful candidate will bring experience in supporting children with complex needs and behaviours, demonstrating a strong commitment to ensuring every student is included, engaged, and empowered to succeed.

We are looking for dynamic people who are suitably qualified and experienced within a primary school environment for an ESO role that will work collaboratively with other ESO staff, students, parents and teachers under the direction of the Learning Diversity Leader to meet the individual personal and learning needs of students with additional needs at the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group support to students with diverse and complex learning needs.
• Assist teachers in implementing personalised learning adjustments and behaviour support strategies.
