Deputy Principal - College Operations & Student Wellbeing

St Anne’s College Kialla is seeking a Deputy Principal - College Operations & Student Wellbeing to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting, fixed term full-time opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.

The Deputy Principal is a senior leader who works in partnership with the Principal to advance the mission, strategic direction and continuous improvement of the school. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Deputy Principal provides leadership across learning, wellbeing, Catholic identity, community engagement, operations and organisational effectiveness to ensure every learner experiences life to the full. The role creates coherence across school priorities, builds leadership and teacher capacity, leads change, and ensures the effective implementation of CESL policies, procedures and strategic initiatives.

The Position

• Title: Deputy Principal - College Operations & Student Wellbeing
• Classification: Deputy Principal, Category B, Level 3 (CEMEA 2022)
• Salary per hour/year: $148,762 per annum (max)
• FTE / Hours per fortnight: 1 FTE (0.7 Leadership Release + 0.3 Class Load)
• Employment Status: Fixed Term ending 26th January 2028
• Location: St Anne’s College, Kialla
• Other Requirements:  VIT, National Police Check, Drivers License, Leadership Qualifications including Accreditation to Lead in a Catholic School.
