About the Opportunity
As John Paul College continues to grow, we are welcoming new Primary teachers to our team in January 2027. These are full-time roles, and applications are open now.
We are looking for experienced, registered teachers who want to grow in a school where their expertise is genuinely valued. If you are ready to lead learning, share your practice and help shape a thriving Primary School community, we would love to hear from you.
Our Primary School is an International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) school, a globally recognised framework that fosters inquiry-based learning, student agency and a genuine love of discovery. Teaching within the PYP means joining a collaborative team of educators who are committed to nurturing curious, capable and compassionate young people.
At JPC, ambition is not confined to academic results. It is reflected in the way our teachers inspire curiosity, lead beyond the classroom and help students grow into thoughtful, globally minded individuals. Our students arrive ready to learn and be challenged and our educators rise to meet them.
Working as a Primary Teacher at JPC
We welcome expressions of interest from experienced Primary educators across all year levels and learning areas, including:
· Classroom teachers across Prep to Year 6
· IB PYP-trained or IB-ready educators
· Experienced educators seeking leadership and mentoring opportunities
What We Offer
