St Anthony's Coptic Orthodox College opened its doors in 2026 as a vibrant new faith-based community in the tradition of the Coptic Orthodox Church. We are seeking an experienced classroom teacher to join our dynamic primary staff in 2027.
 

As a classroom teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the Principal to shape the culture, learning environment and spiritual life of a school built upon strong Christian values, academic excellence and a deep commitment to the holistic development of every child.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• At least 2 years experience as a classroom teacher, with a strong understanding of contemporary pedagogical practice
• A commitment to teaching within a Coptic faith-based environment, upholding the beliefs, values and traditions of the school
• A strong record of supporting excellence in student learning and wellbeing, with evidence of high-impact teaching strategies
• The ability to contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative school community, working closely with colleagues, students and families
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, enabling effective relationships with staff, students and parents
• Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum and NESA requirements, including an understanding of current syllabus expectations, differentiation and compliance obligations

The successful candidate must have a:

• Bachelor of Education 
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching K-6
