SEDA College (Victoria), the leader of Applied Learning for Year 11 & 12 students is currently seeking a Regional Manager for its High Performance Program.

SEDA College (Victoria) is an independent school in Victoria and is the leader of hands-on education for Year 11 & 12 students.  We partner with peak industry organisations to provide our students unique opportunities and experiences specific to their interests. Job tasks and responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Principal Operations, the Regional Manager is the direct line manager of the most important student facing staff member - the SEDA College teacher.  The Regional Manager is the link between the College and its classes and as such, the role is vital in ensuring a positive student experience.

The Regional Manager – HPP is responsible for overseeing the management, facilitation, training and assessment within the High Performance Program.
