Learning Enhancement Assistant

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and committed Learning Enhancement Assistant to join our College community on a full time, fixed term basis for the 2027 College year. 

Reporting to the Head of Learning Enhancement, the Learning Enhancement Assistant will play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs to flourish academically, socially and emotionally, across Years 7 to 12. Working alongside classroom teachers, the Learning Enhancement Assistant will help create inclusive and engaging learning environments that balance challenge with support.

To be successful in this opportunity you will require: 

• Qualifications in Education Support or equivalent
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with a range of stakeholders including students, staff and parents
• Initiative, reliability and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role (highly regarded but not essential)
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check
