In our vision of ‘A Community United’, we work in partnership with students, staff, parents/carers and the community to establish positive and productive relationships.
Northam SHS is focused on embedding trauma-informed and restorative practices, where our systems are designed to prioritise student belonging, voice and mastery in a strengths-based model.
