• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects logistics or transport operations.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using expertise in logistics to manage a range of complex and often competing needs.  

Communication  

• Demonstrated effective communication skills including oral and written skills when engaging with various stakeholders, including the ability to convey specialist concepts and policies to these stakeholders. Prepares reports and correspondence on issues that impact at a program level.

Data and digital skills  

• Demonstrated an ability to use digital platforms to enter and manage program data in accordance with government policy and analyse data, to identify areas for improvement in program practice to improve student outcomes.  

   

Project Delivery

• Demonstrated ability to translate policies and locally defined strategies into programs or projects that actively enable the achievement of cluster outcomes.  
• Understands the wider department context when considering options to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.
