Role description
At Long Street Primary School, inclusion is not simply a program, intervention or additional service. Inclusion is part of our identity.
We believe every child deserves to feel safe, connected, valued and successful. Our approach is grounded in building strong foundations for learning, wellbeing and belonging through proactive, evidence-informed interventions, personalised support and genuine partnerships with families and external professionals.
The Inclusion Administration Support Officer plays a critical role in ensuring our inclusive practices are supported by efficient, accurate and proactive administrative systems. Working closely with leadership, staff, families and external providers, the officer coordinates student documentation, intervention data, support services, communication and compliance requirements.
We are seeking someone who brings more than strong administrative skills. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional organisation, initiative, discretion and attention to detail, alongside compassion, unconditional positive regard and a solutions-focused mindset. They will anticipate needs, take ownership, build positive relationships and actively seek opportunities to improve processes and practices.
Above all, we are looking for someone whose personal values align with our school's everyday commitments and who understands that the way we work matters just as much as the work we do. Please note the salary amount may differ from that advertised. Salary is dependent upon your current employment status with the Department for Education, tenure and …
