TEACHER INCENTIVES INCLUDE:

Maximum Package valued at $48,900 (incentives will be prorated for shorter placements)

• Total incentive payment - $20,000
  • $5000 upfront
  • $15,000 distributed throughout the year
• Fully furnished housing provided
• Rental subsidy valued up to $15,600
• Retention payment - Year 1:$5,000 (Increases every year for 5 years)
• Geographical allowance - $3,300 per year (Pro-rated)
• Additional Western Leave - 3 days per year
• Long Service Leave - Accrued at double normal rate - valued up to $4,900
• HELP Debt Remission after 4 years
