Position Information
Westdale Public School is situated within the Peel Network in Tamworth NSW, on the land of the Kamilaroi people. 390 students are enrolled in 17 classes, including a behaviour support class and two multi-categorical support classes. Our community is diverse, with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander enrolments close to 48% and English as an additional language or dialect enrolments at 13%. In December 2025, our Family Occupation and Education Index (FOEI) was 140 compared to the state average of 100. Within this community the school enjoys an outstanding reputation, being well known for feeling welcoming and inclusive.
