School Officer

We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Settlers Primary School (PS) is a dynamic and welcoming school located in the growing community of Baldivis. Since opening in 2005, we've become a place where high-quality teaching, strong relationships and a deep sense of community come together to support every child to thrive.

In every classroom, teaching is consistent, purposeful and engaging. Our teachers work collaboratively to provide clear routines and high expectations, allowing students to feel confident, capable and ready to learn. A strong focus on evidence-based teaching and shared approaches ensures that students experience high-quality learning every year of their schooling.

Our whole-school behaviour policy is based on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), with a focus on our four core values: Safety, Ownership, Achievement and Respect. These values are taught and reinforced across the school to help students understand what positive behaviour looks like in every setting. Behaviour expectations are clear, consistent and supportive, creating calm classrooms where students can focus on learning.
