New to Catholic schools? Our guide to teaching in Catholic schools covers RE accreditation, the diocesan system, pay, and how applications differ from government roles.
Role description
St Patrick's Primary School operates under the governance of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS), benefiting from the rich resources, expertise, and support of a leading educational network. Rooted in our proud Marist charism and guided by St Patrick's core values, we are a vibrant, faith-filled community dedicated to nurturing every student and staff member.
Located in Kilmore, a rapidly expanding growth corridor just north of Melbourne, our school currently educates 605 students and continues to flourish. To support our transition from a 3-stream to a 4-stream school, we are currently constructing eight modern, state-of-the-art classrooms set to open in early-to-mid 2027.
Why Join St Patrick's?
- Supportive Leadership: Our strong, dedicated leadership team is deeply committed to mentoring teachers and fostering a collaborative, positive workplace culture.
- Inclusive Community: We warmly welcome staff and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and abilities, celebrating the unique strengths each person brings.
- Growth & Opportunity: As a growing school, we offer an exciting environment for educators to innovate, develop professionally, and make a meaningful impact.
Please note: Specific year-level placement for this position will be confirmed based on the applicant's strengths and the operational needs of the school.
