About the role

  • Applications are sought for three positions of Learning Support Officers across the College. The role of the Learning Enhancement team at Padua College is to provide an inclusive education, enhancing educational opportunities for all students. LSOs work with the Learning Enhancement Coordinators and subject teachers to support the learning of students in Years 7 to 12, across all Learning Areas in order to maximise students' participation within the curriculum, support students whilst encouraging independence and social inclusion and assisting subject teachers in providing an inclusive education for all students. These are part time ongoing positions, two at 0.91 FTE and one at 0.73 FTE.

Padua College provides a contemporary Catholic Secondary co-education for young people within the regions of the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Bay.
