Piara Waters Senior High School (SHS) is situated in the beautifully landscaped suburb of Piara Waters, approximately 25kms south of Perth. The school is surrounded by luscious greenery and will form part of the vibrant, multicultural community of Piara Waters. The school commenced with Year 7 students in 2023 and will be adding each year to its growing cohort, until it reaches Year 12 in 2028.

The Role

The Facilities Coordinator will ideally play a key role in supporting the Manager Corporate Services to ensure the effective operation, maintenance and presentation of the school's facilities, grounds and amenities. This includes assisting with the supervision of school cleaning and gardening services, coordinating the work of cleaning and gardening staff, and helping to maintain high standards across the school environment.

The successful applicant should assist to coordinate the day-to-day management and maintenance of school grounds, buildings, equipment and amenities, ensuring facilities are safe, functional and well maintained.

They should assist in overseeing the acquisition, deployment and accurate recording of school assets, while supporting the development and implementation of asset management and maintenance strategies that maximise the longevity and effectiveness of school infrastructure.
