We are seeking a Youth Transition Officer to provide tailored support to young people involved in the youth justice system, helping them engage
or re-engage with education, training and other opportunities that support their long-term wellbeing and success.
This is a rewarding role where you will work collaboratively with young people, families, schools, government agencies, community organisations and training providers to create practical,
individualised pathways and support positive transitions.
