At MLC School, sport is about much more than competition. It is an opportunity for girls to develop confidence, resilience, teamwork and a lifelong love of physical activity. We are seeking an energetic, organised and passionate Sports Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional sporting experience for students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12.

As a key member of our Sport Department, you will work closely with the Director of Sport and Assistant Director of Sport to coordinate a dynamic and diverse program that encourages students to strive for personal excellence while fostering a strong sense of belonging and school spirit.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position that combines sports administration, event coordination, stakeholder engagement and program delivery. No two days are the same as you support students, coaches, parents and sporting bodies to ensure the smooth operation of one of the school’s most vibrant co-curricular programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the School’s Pre-K to Year 12 sports program.
  • Organising sporting competitions, trials, fixtures and carnivals.
  • Supporting and developing coaches and student sporting pathways.
  • Managing sporting budgets, resources and administrative processes.
