Role description

 Established in 1879, St Aloysius' College is a Catholic, Jesuit day school for boys from Year 3 to Year 12. Situated in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it has an enrolment of over 1400 students.

About the Role

Head of Digital Innovation and Technology 

St Aloysius' College is seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative technology leader as the Head of Digital Innovation and Technology, providing strategic leadership across the College's digital strategy, technology, Artificial Intelligence, cyber security, data analytics and innovation priorities.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you will work closely with the College Leadership Team and academic leaders to develop and implement a future-focused technology roadmap aligned with the College's Strategic Plan and Master Plan. You will provide strategic advice on technology, digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies, ensuring technology investments support educational excellence and organisational effectiveness.

Leading the ICT Team across multiple campuses, you will cultivate a culture of service, innovation and continuous improvement, while providing strategic oversight of technology infrastructure, systems and services. You will lead major technology projects, oversee vendor relationships and technology investments, and ensure reliable, responsive and customer-focused technology services across the College.
