Role description
The Opportunity
Antonio Catholic School warmly invites applications for the role of Assistant Principal, Religious Identity & Mission (APRIM). This is an exciting opportunity to provide faith leadership and work in partnership with a strong and committed leadership team, who lead a dynamic, growing community of staff, students and families.
The appointment is offered as a 0.6 FTE, four-year fixed-term contract position, supporting the Catholic identity, mission and faith life of the school.

About You
The successful candidate will:
• Be an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community.
• Actively contribute to the faith leadership and Catholic identity of Antonio Catholic School in alignment with its vision, mission and school values.
• Inspire and lead the school community in living out its Catholic identity through faith, witness, prayer, celebration and service.
• Demonstrate highly effective communication and interpersonal skills that build collaborative relationships across the school, parish and wider community, including with students, staff, parents and families.
• Demonstrate an ability in leading, planning, implementing and evaluating a Religious Education curriculum based on the Crossways curriculum.
• Demonstrate the capacity to lead, inspire and support staff in faith formation, fostering a shared commitment to the Catholic identity and mission of the school.
