Position Details
The College is seeking an innovative and inspiring practitioner for the role of part time Counsellor/Social Worker, to commence at the start of Term 1 2027. This ongoing position is part time, working 3 days per week.
The College Counsellor/Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician is an integral member of the College Wellbeing Team at St Mary’s College which has the responsibility for maintaining student wellbeing and learning engagement. In conjunction with the Principal, Deputy Principal Pastoral Care, Wellbeing Team and K-12 Student Services team, the College Counsellor/Social Worker provides a professional service which aims to enhance the social, emotional and behavioural skills of each student in order to facilitate successful educational outcomes.
