Position:Head of Inclusive Education - Emmaus College, RockhamptonStart date:January 2027Employment Status: Full-Time (in conjunction with a permanent Teaching Role)  Salary Range: $102,874 - $140,998 ($140,998 salary applies for teachers with a minimum of 5 years FTE service)Applications Close:Monday, 26 October 2026

 

What we are looking for:

Emmaus College, Rockhampton seeks applications from suitably qualified established and aspiring leaders to undertake one of two Head of Inclusive Education middle leadership positions. These roles are split across the College's campuses, with one position based at the Middle School Campus supporting students in Years 7, 8 and 9, and one position based at the Senior Campus supporting students in Years 10, 11 and 12. These Middle Leader positions commence in January 2027 and are offered in conjunction with a permanent teaching role at the College. 

We seek passionate leaders who will strive for excellence in teaching, administration, professional conduct, relationships with parents and the wider school community and a genuine interest for young people and their learning. 

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • An ability to develop and lead quality teaching and learning practices in the subject area listed above
