Boarding Supervisor - Active Night Shift

Actual renumeration for this full-time (1.0 FTE) position is $99,505 – $106,687 ($79,604 - $85,350 + $19,901 - $21,337 loading)

City Beach Residential College are seeking to establish a pool of Supervisors – Active Night Shift for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2026 and up to the end of September 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Gifted and talented students from regional areas have wonderful boarding experiences at City Beach Residential College while they attend some of Perth's best secondary schools.

Our college is a home away from home for students who are enrolled in Gifted and Talented Secondary Selective Entrance programs at selected public schools in the Perth metro area.

Students will be able to live in Perth with other students from regional areas. Our college is located in a bush setting close to the beach and allows students to share the experience of being in a Gifted and Talented Secondary Selective Entrance program.

The Role

The suitable applicants will supervise students, providing appropriate care to support their wellbeing and fulfill duty of care responsibilities in line with relevant legislation and Department requirements. They will support and reinforce appropriate values and behaviours of students including respect for multicultural diversity.
