About the Role

St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Studies and Business Teacher to join our Secondary Years team for a part time, contract opportunity.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality Legal Studies and Business teaching to students across Years 7-12, creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that support academic growth and a lifelong love of learning.

  • Location: Indooroopilly, Brisbane
  • Start Date: Term 1 2027
  • Employment Type: Part Time (24 hours per week), Contract until May 2027

What You Bring

  • A relevant qualification in Education and specific qualification in Legal Studies and/or Business.
  • Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Legal Studies and Business in a Secondary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment and reporting requirements within a secondary school environment. 
  • Knowledge of contemporary teaching, learning and assessment practices that support diverse student needs.
  • Strong classroom management, organisation and time management skills.
  • Commitment to the College’s Christian ethos and values.
