About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and people-focused professional to join our People & Culture team in a role that sits at the heart of the employee experience. Working across the full employee lifecycle, the People & Culture Coordinator will build positive relationships with staff and leaders, provide responsive and trusted support, and help ensure our people practices are delivered with professionalism, care and attention to detail. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values meaningful relationships and takes pride in providing an exceptional level of service.
To support a thorough induction and transition into the role, the successful candidate will initially be based at our Athelstone campus. Over time, and as familiarity with the role develops, the position is expected to transition to Norwood campus as its primary work location.
