Your Role

An exciting opportunity has become available at Holy Spirit College, Mackay to join the staff in the position of Administration Assistant (Events). This is a term-time continuing position for 22.8hpw, commencing as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will provide high-level administrative and event coordination support to Senior Leadership, assisting in the planning and delivery of College events and year level functions through effective scheduling, stakeholder liaison and detailed event management, including occasional work outside standard business hours. They will coordinate suppliers and logistics, manage ticketing, registrations and event data using a range of technology platforms, and work collaboratively with the Media & Communications Officer to promote events and ensure successful engagement across the College community.
