We are seeking a welcoming, organised and professional Student Services Officer to join our team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day needs of our students, staff and wider College community.

The Student Services Officer is responsible for ensuring the Student Services area is welcoming, well organised and operates efficiently and professionally. The role includes First Aid responsibilities and providing support to the Medical Support Officer, as well as delivering a range of general services to students, the Principal, School Leaders and other members of the College community.

This is a varied role that requires someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised and willing to step in and assist wherever needed. You will be responsible for receiving, recording and distributing accurate student attendance information each day, while confidently managing multiple competing priorities during busy periods.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, teaching and non-teaching staff and community members.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional and effective in a busy school environment.
  • High-level digital technology skills and a typing speed appropriate to the demands of the role.
