Salary Range: $72,828 plus superannuation

St Francis of Assisi Early Learning Centre (ELC) is a small, family-oriented, high-quality Accredited Centre offering an educational care program for preschool aged children. Located in a beautiful bush setting with access to the school’s facilities and activities, our ELC provides a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and inspired to learn. We value open communication and strong partnerships with families to support each child’s sense of belonging. Our educators recognise children as capable, curious and creative learners, and work collaboratively to foster their interests, talents and early love of learning.    

About the Role   

The Early Learning Centre Educator works alongside the Early Childhood Teacher and (ELC) Director to deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences for preschool children. You will support daily routines, contribute to planning and observations, and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Through a nurturing and inclusive approach, you will help create an environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported to learn, grow, and develop a strong sense of identity.

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.
