The Opportunity:

 

PLC Sydney is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Special Education Teacher to join our Transition Program team on a 12-month fixed-term contract commencing Term 1, 2027. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, inclusive learning programs tailored to individual student needs across academic, social, and living skills.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver NESA Life Skills programs and evidence-based strategies to build literacy, numeracy, and independent living skills.
  • Develop and review tailored Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) alongside families and specialists.
