The opportunity

Radford College is seeking proactive, reliable and service-oriented individuals to join our Facilities Team in Term 4.

 

We are currently recruiting for two positions:

Janitor – Fixed-term, full-time position covering a period of leave.
General Facilities Officer – Permanent, part-time position working three days per week.
These roles are integral to maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-presented campus and supporting the day-to-day operations of the College.

 

The Janitor will provide hands-on operational support across the campus, assisting with logistics, event setup, maintenance and facility services. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role is suited to an organised and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent service.

 

The General Facilities Officer is responsible for undertaking general repairs and maintenance across College buildings and grounds. This role requires a practical and flexible all-rounder who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in maintaining high standards across a busy school environment. Experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role is highly desirable.

  • Coordinating resources and equipment for College events and activities.
  • Assisting with transport and logistics requirements.
  • Delivering goods, furniture and equipment across the campus.
